Rent the Sundance Room

Located within walking distance of downtown Cortez’s restaurants and shops, the museum’s Sundance Room is a great place to hold your next meeting, workshop, or small event.

Sundance Room Information

- - 565 square feet; maximum capacity is 60 (fewer depending on set-up)
  - Wheelchair Accessible
  - Private Bathroom
  - Kitchen (use of stove available for an additional $20 fee)
  - Room can be configured for different meeting or event formats.
  - A/V (projector, sound system, microphone) available for an additional $20 fee
  - The cost of the rental does not include access to museum exhibits. However, if you’d like access to exhibits, we will work with you to make those arrangements. This would be an add-on to your rental agreement.

Rental Rates

- - Full Day Rental $120; Half Day Rental (4 hours) $60; Hourly Rental $20*
  - $50 Security and Damage Deposit

*Non-Profit Discount of 25%
